Service Agreement

1. Assessment Fees

All sessions include the cost of the Working Genius Assessment ($25 per person). Once an assessment code has been issued to you or your team via email, that portion of the fee is non-refundable.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Individual & Family Sessions: Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the full session fee.
Team Workshops: Rescheduling must occur at least 7 days prior to the event date. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% fee plus the cost of any assessments already issued.

3. Travel Expenses

For in-person Team Workshops or Speaking Engagements outside of [Your City], the client is responsible for reasonable travel expenses (airfare, lodging, and ground transportation). These will be billed at actual cost and invoiced separately.
